Essentual amino acids

As we age, its harder to get the essential amino acids in our diet. We need supplements, pacifically eight essential amino acids, L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, L-Lysine HLC, L-Phenylalanine, L-Threonine, L-Methionine, L-Tryptophan to maintain our lean muscle mass that we lose. These amino’s help us maintain skeletal, enzymatic, and hormonal balance. Finding essential amino’s that are almost perfectly absorbed is key in amino acid utilization (AAU). And I have found a product that ranks at 99%. This means that 99% of what you take in is directly used as building blocks in the body’s protein synthesis. An egg is only 48% AAU, meat, poultry, fish are 32% AAU, branch chain amino acids are 1% AAU. Essential amino acids also stop that afternoon drag, loss of energy and help you to keep going all day at work or keeping up with the grandchildren. It is vitally important to take these first thing in the morning with water and wait for 30 minutes before eating anything as the protein attaches to fats and other proteins and may be canceled out doing nothing for your body.  Amino acids fill in the deficiency’s in the protein chain helping with hair, skin, bones, muscle, digestion, also repairing neurotransmitters, thyroid, injuries, strains, muscle pulls creating stronger muscle to avoid injury and these proteins do not convert to carbohydrates and they aid in muscle recovery and healing. These eight basic amino acids help create the other fourteen required proteins (22 total) essential to great health.  Maintaining lean muscle mass helps burn fat as energy and keeps us healthy and very active. Burning fat as energy keeps the body lean so we can bike and hike or walk to the park, or walk our dog. Essential amino acids help keep our skin looking better and our overall appearance younger as we age. We all want to be physically fit as we age, to conquer our bucket list. Now is the time to enjoy life, to camp and hike and see the world. To spoil those grandchildren and also you have to keep up with them too!
