Then there is college and party’s that all contribute to the decline in our health. Then there are babies, a sedentary desk job. A bike accident that tears a knee, maybe a shoulder injury, all these contribute to our decline in health.we get fat and need diets and exercise programs, but good news, science is on our side at last.
